Our wedding venue is located between Park City and Salt Lake City. We suggest you find lodging in Park City, a world-class mountain resort town filled with trails, history, quaint shopping and culture.
We have blocked a few rooms for our guests and secured some discounted rates. Please book asap as these discounts are only based on availability.
If you have an RV, check out Park City RV Resort | (robertsresorts.com). Park City is a small town, so if you stay in or near Park City, you won’t miss any of the festivities.
The Lodges at Deer Valley & Silver Barron
We picked these two locations as they are right by our residence at Fawngrove in Deer Valley. There is a beautiful pond for paddleboarding and lots of trails right out your door, plus you are just steps away from our place!

DoubleTree – The Yarrow
Located on 224. Enjoy mountain views less than a mile from the resort and Old Town. This hotel is five minutes from Main Street, and the free Park City Transit System stops right outside. They also have a year-round heated outdoor pool, whirlpool, and fitness center.

The discounted rates are available for stay dates July 18, 2024, through July 21, 2024. Reservations must be made on or before June 5, 2024, in order to receive the discounted rate.
Park City Peaks Hotel
Located on 224. The Park City Peaks is a prime location just minutes from Old Town. They offer the kind of warm hospitality, inviting atmosphere and topnotch services aimed to please! Enjoy a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, whirlpools, steam room and dry sauna.
Special rate is available from July 15 – 25, 2024. The rate will be $169 per room plus resort fee (12%) or lodging tax (13.37) so the all-in total per night will be $211.88. This rate is based on availability, so please book early.
Complimentary daily breakfast is included.

Call their reservations line at (435) 649-5000 and identify themselves with the Batterson/Nikolai Wedding Group to receive that rate (unfortunately they cannot do it online). Any rooms not booked by June 18, 2024, will be released back into inventory.
Summer cancellation policies will be explained to them when they book, but they have up to 72 hours to cancel with no penalty.
